1. Introduction & Enterprise Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to the "Avenue HR" mobile application. This application is an internal enterprise tool intended strictly and solely for the current employees of avenue. It is not available to the general public.

2. Prominent Disclosure — Background Location Access

⚠️ Important Notice About Location Tracking

This application collects your device's location data even when the app is closed or not in use (Background Location). This data is collected periodically and randomly to verify your physical presence at the workplace during working hours, in compliance with avenue's institutional regulations. You will be asked to grant "Allow all the time" (Android) or "Always Allow" (iOS) permission for location access when you first launch the app. This permission is mandatory for employment-related compliance purposes.

3. Data Collection & Monitoring

To ensure compliance with institutional regulations, security protocols, and operational efficiency, we collect the following data:

4. Required App Permissions

The application will request the following system permissions:

Location (Background / Always): To monitor employee presence at the workplace — required by institutional policy.
Internet Access: To transmit collected data securely to internal servers.
Network State: To detect connectivity and adapt sync frequency.
Receive Boot Completed: To restart background monitoring service after device reboot.

5. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used exclusively for:

HR management and employee attendance verification.
Continuous monitoring of compliance with institutional attendance regulations.
Payroll processing based on verified presence records.
Ensuring physical and digital security of avenue operations.

6. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell or share your data with third parties. Data is accessed strictly by authorized HR, Security, and IT personnel within avenue.

7. Data Security

We use enterprise-grade encryption to protect all transmitted and stored data. All background tracking data is sent over secure (HTTPS/TLS) channels to our internal servers.

8. Account and Data Deletion (User Rights)

9. Store Compliance Statement

🤖 Google Play (Android)

This application falls under the Employee Enterprise Monitoring category as defined by Google Play policies. Background location access is used solely for verifying employee presence at the workplace as required by institutional employment agreements. In compliance with Google Play's Location Permissions Declaration requirements, background location is collected only during active employment hours for attendance verification purposes. The application is not distributed to the general public and is only accessible to authorized avenue employees.

🍎 Apple App Store (iOS)

This application complies with Apple App Store Review Guidelines and Apple's privacy framework. In accordance with Apple's requirements, a Prominent Disclosure is shown to the user before requesting the "Always Allow" location permission, clearly explaining the purpose of background location access. The app's privacy practices are declared in its App Privacy section on the App Store, covering location data, identifiers, and usage data collected for employee management purposes. Data is not linked to third-party advertising and is used solely for institutional HR management.

10. Changes to this Policy

Employees will be notified of any significant changes via internal airport communication channels and through an in-app notification.

يقوم هذا التطبيق بجمع بيانات موقع جهازك حتى عندما يكون التطبيق مغلقاً أو غير مستخدم (Background Location). يتم جمع هذه البيانات بشكل دوري وعشوائي للتحقق من تواجدك الفعلي في مقر العمل خلال ساعات الدوام الرسمي، وذلك امتثالاً للوائح المؤسسية لAvenue. سيُطلب منك منح إذن "السماح دائماً" للوصول إلى الموقع عند تشغيل التطبيق لأول مرة. هذا الإذن إلزامي لأغراض الامتثال الوظيفي.

3. جمع البيانات والمراقبة

لضمان الامتثال للوائح المؤسسة والبروتوكولات الأمنية وكفاءة التشغيل، نقوم بجمع البيانات التالية:

4. صلاحيات التطبيق المطلوبة

سيطلب التطبيق الأذونات التالية من النظام:

5. كيف نستخدم بياناتك

تُستخدم بياناتك حصراً لـ:

إدارة الموارد البشرية والتحقق من حضور الموظفين.
المراقبة المستمرة للامتثال للوائح الحضور المؤسسية.
معالجة الرواتب بناءً على سجلات التواجد الموثقة.
ضمان الأمن المادي والرقمي لعمليات Avenue.

6. مشاركة البيانات والإفصاح عنها

نحن لا نبيع أو نشارك بياناتك مع أطراف خارجية. يتم الوصول إلى البيانات بشكل صارم فقط من قبل الموظفين المصرح لهم داخل أقسام الموارد البشرية والأمن وتكنولوجيا المعلومات في المطار.

7. أمن البيانات

نستخدم تشفيراً مؤسسياً عالي المستوى لحماية جميع البيانات المرسلة والمخزنة. يتم إرسال جميع بيانات التتبع في الخلفية عبر قنوات آمنة (HTTPS/TLS) إلى خوادمنا الداخلية.

8. حذف الحساب والبيانات (حقوق المستخدم)

نظراً لأن هذا تطبيق مؤسسي إلزامي مرتبط بتوظيفك، يكون التتبع نشطاً طوال فترة عملك. عند انتهاء التوظيف، يتوقف التتبع فوراً ويُلغى وصولك. لطلب حذف البيانات الشخصية السابقة، تواصل مع: [email protected]

9. بيان الامتثال للمتاجر

Google Play (أندرويد)

يندرج هذا التطبيق تحت فئة مراقبة موظفي المؤسسات (Employee Enterprise Monitoring) كما حددتها سياسات Google Play. يُستخدم الوصول إلى الموقع في الخلفية فقط للتحقق من حضور الموظفين في مكان العمل وفقاً لاتفاقيات التوظيف المؤسسية. امتثالاً لمتطلبات Location Permissions Declaration الخاصة بـ Google Play، لا يُجمع الموقع في الخلفية إلا خلال ساعات العمل الفعلية لأغراض التحقق من الحضور. التطبيق غير متاح لعامة الجمهور ولا يمكن الوصول إليه إلا للموظفين المصرح لهم في Avenue.

Apple App Store (iOS)

يمتثل هذا التطبيق لإرشادات مراجعة App Store وإطار الخصوصية لدى Apple. وفقاً لمتطلبات Apple، يتم عرض إفصاح بارز (Prominent Disclosure) للمستخدم قبل طلب إذن "السماح دائماً" للموقع، مع شرح واضح لغرض الوصول في الخلفية. تُعلن ممارسات الخصوصية في قسم App Privacy الخاص بالتطبيق في App Store، وتشمل: بيانات الموقع والمعرفات وبيانات الاستخدام المجمعة لأغراض إدارة الموظفين. البيانات غير مرتبطة بأي إعلانات طرف ثالث وتُستخدم حصراً لأغراض الموارد البشرية المؤسسية.
